Your first appointment is a free consultation, where we meet you at the property to have a chat about how to improve the presentation of the property for sale.
We run through the do’s and don’ts of presenting your property for sale. We offer styling tips, help you plan the process, and offer advice such as paint colours and flooring selections to help you prepare your property for market. We measure, take photos and chat to you and your agent about the types of people that will be attracted to your property, so that we can target potential interested buyers.
After a consultation, we send through a detailed quote, listing items to be supplied, and offer you a package price to hire for a 6 week contract. The styling package is a complete creative solution, including furniture, bedding, accessories, artwork, and outdoor furniture.
The installation takes place within one day, with a team of dedicated staff on site. We leave your property ready for professional photography!
Once the property has sold, and/or as agreed with our clients, we come back to pack and remove the styling package.

We’ll make sure the styling is completed in time for photos to be taken to market your property. Then, when our service is complete, we’ll come in and pack it all away. Our standard hire is for a 6 week period and includes 2 extra weeks free!
